Sooo.. I went and visited my friend Rose Yeaman today. I have known Rose for around 6 years now...over the years I have seen her art progress so much it drives me crazy. Every time I see her she amazes me with a new character or real life portrait she has magically come up with. I thought today I would share her with you. After years and years of teaching herself and practicing she has finally started going to school at the Academy of Art University San Fransisco to get her Bachelors in animation (traditional). After she started she realized she could do a portrait pretty well. Someday I think she should use her talents to pursue a career as a tattoo artist. I think she likes that idea. lol. Over the last year or so Rose has been selling prints and drawing custom pieces by request. Good Morning Medusa

I woke up earlier than I have woken up in a long time. Not gonna lie..it felt pretty good to go out and get a bunch done before noon. lol So this morning I woke at the "early" time of 7:30. Yay! I met Jordan the pretty young lady behind Red Dirt Fashions. She is putting a Fashion Show at Truckee Meadows Community College in April some time and asked if I would like to be an artist. Of Course I will. We talked about ideas and collaborations and decided on "sewing parties" with Gil. We met up at a new coffee place I had never been called The Hub. I loved the atmosphere..cute, little, warm energy. Not to mention the boy who worked there BEAUTIFUL. After the coffee shop I went to the DMV..long story short.. I tried to get a new license and my name wasnt on the mailboxand I never got it and I had to go back just to do it over.. uggghh! Anyway...gettin things done. Thanks to you who checked out my first blog.

I am Kodi Fujii and this is my first blog. I am an artist/clothing designer. In this blog I will document my random daily thoughts and feelings. I will post events I go to and for the most part I will be keeping everyone up to date on my clothing line Electrik Koolaid.
